Hi there,
I was happy to see that Apple delivers an update that addresses virtualization issues. But unfortunately my Mac Pro starts up from a Software RAID and the corresponding article says it is not possible to install this update on such a machine:

They say I have to start up from another storage device...
Is it possible to start up from the install DVD and get the EFI Update installed or do I have to get some external drive configured to be bootable?
If anyone could assist me on this, I would be very happy.
